Shipping Rates & Timing
Eggplant Fab LLC offers flat rate shipping for all products shipped within the USA. Charges will be displayed during checkout. For international shipping, we will contact you via email and figure out the best method for you.
Many of our products are made to order, and should not be expected to be on hand and ready for immediate shipment. We will attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as we can, but for products made to order please allow 4-6 weeks before shipment. In the event that we have a large backlog of orders that may cause yours to be delayed, we will notify you via email. Products that we do have in inventory will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.
Partial Payments
We offer partial payments on select made to order parts so that you may reserve a place in line without having to pay the entire balance upfront. Partial payments are refundable up until the time we notify you that your order is ready to ship. At that time, the remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days. If the balance is not paid in this period, your part will be made available to the next person in line.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We want your experience at https://eggplantfab.com to be positive. If your order has arrived damaged, or has been stolen or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] immediately so we can look into the matter for you.
Returns
Because of the highly custom nature of the parts we fabricate, sales are final after an order is shipped. We will consider returns and/or replacement on a case by case basis if a product is damaged in shipping or was not made correctly to your specifications. To inquire about a return, please contact us with details at [email protected]. Inquiries must be made within 5 business days of product delivery. Unless we agree to cover it, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Eggplant Fab LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
